We hark back to this democratic tradition of the school when today we are training those people who have taken on, or want to take on, responsibility in companies and administration, in local parliaments, parties or associations. People who are committed to playing their part in solving challenges and who are forming the present and the future of our society.

With our knowledge and experience in education, we assist, advise and qualify people from different fields of work and organisational areas.

The history of the HVHS Springe begins in the nineteen twenties with the Victor Adler Home. It was a seat of recreation and learning for young workers, built with their own hands and financed by donations from charity. The "old building” is a reminder of the history, the peaks and the troughs of education in our house. From the reform education of the twenties, the Occupation through National Socialists and the revival of political education in the early years after the war.
